What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember preferences, understand how pages are used, and deliver a consistent experience.

Cookies we use

Analytics — Umami

We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-first, open-source analytics tool hosted on our own EU server. Umami does not collect personally identifiable information and is fully GDPR-compliant.

  • · No cross-site tracking
  • · No personal data stored
  • · Data stays on our EU-hosted server (not sent to third parties)
  • · Used only to count page views and sessions

Session cookies

Temporary cookies used to maintain your session while using Aria (our chat assistant) or when accessing the admin panel. These are deleted when you close your browser.

Admin authentication

If you are a Kwata Team administrator, authentication tokens are stored as cookies to maintain your admin session. These are strictly functional and not used for tracking.

What we do NOT use

  • · No advertising or retargeting cookies
  • · No third-party tracking (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
  • · No cookies shared with external ad networks

Your choices

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling session cookies may affect the chat assistant functionality. Disabling analytics cookies has no effect on your experience.
