Refund Policy

Our approach

We want you to be satisfied with Kwata Team products. If something isn't working or the product doesn't fit your needs, reach out to us — we handle each request individually and fairly.

Subscriptions (Aya Career & Kwata Books)

  • Both products are free to try — no credit card required to start.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via DodoPayments.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
  • Refunds are evaluated case by case — contact support@kwatateam.com with your order details.

Professional services (Web Design)

  • Project terms and payment schedules are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If a project is cancelled before delivery, fees for work completed to that point apply.
  • Any dispute should be raised within 14 days of delivery.

Free consultations

Free 30-minute strategy sessions have no charge and therefore no refund policy. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via email.

How to request a refund

Email support@kwatateam.com with:

  • Your name and account email
  • The product or service
  • Date of charge
  • Brief reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
