Refund Policy

Our approach

We want you to be satisfied with Kwata Team products. If something isn't working or the product doesn't fit your needs, reach out to us, and we handle each request individually and fairly.

Subscriptions (Aya Career, Kwata Books & Juris)

• All three products are free to try: Aya and Kwata Books need no credit card to start, and Juris offers a 14-day free trial.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via DodoPayments.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
• Refunds are evaluated case by case: contact support@kwatateam.com with your order details.

Professional services (Web Design)

• Project terms and payment schedules are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• If a project is cancelled before delivery, fees for work completed to that point apply.
• Any dispute should be raised within 14 days of delivery.

Free consultations

Free 30-minute strategy sessions have no charge and therefore no refund policy. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via email.

How to request a refund

Email support@kwatateam.com with:

• Your name and account email
• The product or service
• Date of charge
• Brief reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
